Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation will no longer be available. However, you may refuse the package at the time of delivery.
Cancellation windows vary depending on product categories and seller policies. Orders cannot be canceled after the allowed cancellation period has expired.
In certain situations, cancellation fees may apply if the order is canceled after the permitted time window. The cancellation terms shown on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.

Refund Policy
Customer may request a refund for eligible orders upon receipt and inspection of the returned item by the Seller. The product must be unused, undamaged and with original packaging, tags, invoices and accessories (if any).
Eligibility for return is determined by product category, seller policies and reason for return. Some items are non-refundable, damaged on delivery or returned after the return period and may not be eligible for a refund.
We will refund the original payment method if the refund request for a prepaid order is approved. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be requested to provide valid bank or payment details for processing refunds.
Refund Processing Time
Refund timelines may vary depending on the seller, payment provider, or banking institution. In most cases, refunds may take anywhere from a few hours to several business days to reflect in the customer’s account. Customers will receive updates regarding their refund status through their registered contact details or the order update section.
If an order is canceled by the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be automatically initiated for prepaid orders.
